Our scientists have been doing some painstaking research on the vexed question of parking in the area around the proposed Ritchie Folly. There is no point in re-inventing what others have so cleverly done before. So here it is adapted to suit the spirit of Bromley's Parliamentary undertaking - TEN cars in the space meant for FOUR - AND a structure predominantly of metal and glass.
