This is an extract from the letter sent to co-litigants informing them of the House of Lords decision.


"We have learned that our application to the House of Lords has been refused. This signals the end of the judicial review. As a co-litigant myself I am extremely disappointed with this outcome; it is my personal view that the planning and judicial systems have satisfied their own protocols and requirements but have, in fact, failed the people they are meant to serve and the shared environment in which we live.........

"Our aim as litigants has been to stop the proposed development on this historic park and the Crystal Palace Campaign will continue to pursue this objective in every legitimate way possible."
